All participants are required to complete a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital skills (LLND) assessment prior to enrolment.
This assessment is designed to ensure that all participants have the necessary skills to fully engage with the course content and assessment requirements. It is not intended to create barriers, but rather to support participants by identifying any areas where additional assistance may be needed, helping to set everyone up for success.
If you have any concerns regarding literacy or numeracy, our staff can provide guidance and access to support services at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure that all participants are confident and capable of safely and effectively completing their training.
Red Earth Training Solutions is committed to helping all participants engage fully with their training. We recognise that participants may require guidance and support for a range of reasons, including health, wellness, financial or other personal circumstances.
Our staff can provide information and referrals to appropriate external support services to help participants manage these challenges while pursuing their training goals.
For a full list of support and referral services, participants should refer to the RETS Participant Handbook or speak with our team.
